Open enrollment begins March 2, 2009, at 8:30 am in the Youth Building across from the gym. To enroll on this date you must have a completed Registration packet (click here to download the packet as a PDF), and pay the required $150.00 non-refundable Registration Fee. In addition to the enrollment packet you must have the following required documentation: Copy of Social Security Card; Copy of Birth Certificate; Current Immunization on a SC Form; and Proof of Recent Physical. (NOTE: We must have immunizations on an official South Carolina Immunization Form. If you are a military family, the Immunization Clinic on base will transfer your child’s shot record to the required SC form.)
We are pleased to announce that for the upcoming year we may be providing a Nursery, for the siblings of our enrolled students at WCA, based on interest. We will be accepting children from infants to two years of age. A non-refundable Registration Fee of $50.00 will be due at Registration. A registration packet must be completed for all nursery applicants (please click here - same as for students). The nursery will operate on the same schedule as the school. Discounts applicable to students do not apply to the nursery. Payments for nursery will be required to be made on a weekly basis. Rates for this service have not been released as of the date of this posting, February 10, 2009; however, all applicable rates will be available no later than February 27, 2009. Limited space is available so please let us know as soon as possible if you are interested in the nursery.

(1) Registration Fee due at time of enrollment
(2) Book Fee and Accreditation Fee due June 1, 2009
(3) Tuition- Pmt in full must be paid no later than July 1, 2009
(4) Monthly Tuition: 10 installments beginning August 1, 2009.
